Love Meditation Challenge -Day 1: Love is a Choice, Not Just a Feeling!

"You can't help who you fall in love with." We've all heard this saying before, and it's true. You can't control your feelings. But what you CAN control is how you act on those feelings.


Love is a choice. It's not just something that happens to you; it's something you actively choose to do every day. Just like any other decision in your life, sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's hard. But always know that it IS a choice.

If you're feeling lost or hopeless in your relationship, remember that love is a choice. Choose to look for the good in your partner, choose to forgive their mistakes, and choose to work together towards a happy future. It might not be easy, but it's so worth it.

Day 1 Meditation:

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Imagine yourself surrounded by love, with an abundance of warmth and gentleness. Allow yourself to open up to the idea of love being more than just a feeling - that it is also something you can choose for yourself. With each breath, bring in more love and acceptance into your heart. Affirm that you choose to give and receive love today, and remind yourself of how powerful this choice is. #choosetolove #loveischoice #meditation
