How did you celebrate love today? Whether it's recognized through big gestures or small moments, every day is an opportunity to show our loved ones how much we care. On Day 7 of the 14 days of love meditation challenge, we're focusing on how we can express our love in our everyday lives.


For some people, this may come naturally. But for others, it may be something they have to put a little more effort into. If you find yourself struggling to find ways to show your loved one how much you love them, don't worry - I am here to help! In this blog post, I'll share some tips and suggestions on how you can celebrate love in your life. So let's get started!


How do we celebrate love in our lives on a daily basis?

Celebrating love in our lives every day can seem like a difficult task, but it's definitely possible. One great way to start is by participating in my 14 days of love meditation challenge. Taking a few moments each day to meditate on the love we have for ourselves and the people around us can be incredibly powerful - reminding us why we do it all in the first place. It can help refocus our attention on the little things that become so easily forgotten during our busy lives; like expressing appreciation for those we care about and actively taking time to connect with them as well. Loving ourselves and others doesn't require grand gestures or expensive gifts - just take a few moments each day to practice being present and grateful.


What are some things we can do to make sure we show our loved ones how much we care about them every day?

We can easily get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and forget to show our loved ones how much we care about them. Here are some things we can do to make sure we show them how much we appreciate them every day:

  • Take a few minutes each day to really listen to them when they are talking to you, even if it means putting down whatever you’re doing.

  • Let them know, through words and actions, that you are always there for them, no matter what.

  • Make time for things that are important to them, even if it’s not something you’re particularly interested in.

  • Do thoughtful little things for them, like surprise them with their favorite food or a heartfelt note. These small gestures can go a long way in showing your loved ones how much you care about them every day.

Why is it important to celebrate love in our lives, and what are some benefits of doing so?

Celebrating love in our lives is undeniably important - it's a way to appreciate the people and activities that bring us joy. Taking the time to remind ourselves of this can have a huge impact on our emotional, mental and physical well-being. Through intentional breathing, visualization techniques and other mindful exercises, we can really set aside dedicated time in our lives to nurture our feelings. Doing this will help you to live with more gratitude, acceptance, kindness and connection; feeling more connected with your inner self as well as those around you. How can we make celebrating love a part of our daily routine, so that it becomes something natural and effortless for us to do each day?

Understanding how important it is to appreciate and show love to those around us can be a difficult concept to embrace fully. That's why creating a routine where we intentionally set aside time each day for self-reflection and expressing love for our partners, family, friends, and even ourselves is so important. As the days go by, it will become increasingly easier to make the conscious effort needed to recognize how fortunate we are and celebrate the beauty of affection that all of our relationships bring.


When we celebrate love in our lives on a daily basis, it can improve our overall emotional health and bring more joy and happiness into our every day. Giving authentic compliments, taking the time for meaningful conversations, expressing gratitude or appreciation for each other—all of these small acts of love can make a big difference. Taking this challenge and incorporating these meditations as part of our regular daily habits will give us all the tools to remember and show what true love means each time we step into our day.
