As we continue our journey of exploring love, on day three we meditate on the question "What would love do?" This is a powerful question to ask ourselves as it can help guide us towards making decisions in our relationships that are based on love, rather than fear. When we make choices from a place of love, we open up the possibility for deeper connection and intimacy with our partner. If you're doing this challenge with a partner, take some time today to discuss your answers to this question together. See what insights arise and deepen your understanding of each other through this exploration.
What would love do? It's a question to ask yourself when things get tough, when there is tension between you and somebody else, or even when making decisions about your own life. Today's love meditation challenge is for us to reflect upon what love truly stands for. To set aside our ego and our pride and think very carefully about what true unconditional love would do in every situation we encounter today.
Today's love meditation challenge is to think about what love would do in every situation. Whenever you're faced with a decision, big or small, ask yourself "what would love do?" This will help you to make choices based on love, rather than fear or other negative emotions.
Throughout the day, whenever you’re faced with a decision, big or small, ask yourself “what would love do?” and then choose accordingly. This may sound easy but it can be really challenging to break old patterns of thinking and doing things out of habit. However, if you stick with it, making choices based on love rather than fear will become second nature to you. And who knows – maybe by doing so, you can help make the world a little bit brighter and better for everyone. Love offers forgiveness, compassion and understanding - the kind that sees beyond any human imperfections and yet stays gentle.
Why not give it a try today and see how it feels?
